POST 7: EDEMA/WATER RETENTION/SWELLING

During pregnancy your body is working hard and needs all the help it can get! If you have swelling in the legs, feet, and ankles try putting cypress and tangerine oil, one drop of each, in your water and drink this several times a day and add an extra oz of NingXia Red to your regiment. If you are already doing this (because we recommended it in an earlier post and you are the go getter type) then you are already doing what you need to do. No need to add more, just keep doing it! Your partner/BFF/etc can also help by using the water retention massage oil blend on your feet/legs, starting the massage from your feet upward to help with circulation, while you rest on the sofa with your legs elevated. What is the WRMOB you ask? Good question!
