FIND AN ACCELERATED RESOLUTION THERAPIST
What Is ART?
ART is an evidence-based novel psychotherapy that fosters rapid recovery by reprogramming how the brain stores traumatic memories and imagery. ART has roots in and includes elements of existing evidenced-based modalities. The treatment program incorporates memory visualization techniques that are enhanced by the use of horizontal eye movements, as well as memory reconsolidation, a way in which new information is incorporated into existing memories. Need More Options?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies but shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly (usually within 1-5 sessions). Clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance abuse, sexual abuse and many other mental and physical conditions can experience remarkable benefits starting in the first session. ART is not hypnosis.
The client is always in control of the entire ART session, with the therapist guiding the process. Although some traumatic experiences such as rape, combat experiences, or loss of a loved one can be very painful to think about or visualize, the therapy rapidly moves clients beyond the place where they are stuck in these experiences toward growth and positive changes. The process is very straightforward, using relaxing eye movements and a technique called Voluntary Memory/Image Replacement to change the way in which the negative images are stored in the brain. The treatment is grounded in well-established psychotherapy techniques, and the end result is that traumas and difficult life experiences will no longer trigger strong emotions or physical reactions. Importantly, clients do not even have talk about their traumas or difficult life experiences with the therapist to achieve recovery.

The Shepherd: Apokatastasis (Greek for “restoration”)
Professor Lawrence Miller lost his son Val to an overdose. Inconsolable, he could sense his son calling out from beyond the grave. Recklessly, Miller followed his son into the afterlife. After great turmoil and with the help of Franco, his long-deceased father, Lawrence and Val are reunited. Now they wander the “Seam,” that ever-shifting place between this world and whatever comes next, helping other souls.
The Shepherd: The Path of Souls
In The Shepherd, Volume 2: The Path of Souls, the Millers entered an extraordinary district in the Seam, a “hospital” for souls of warriors who were killed in combat and are unable to move past the traumatic events surrounding their deaths.
The Shepherd: The Path of Dogs
Now in The Shepherd, Volume 3: The Path of Dogs, the startling conclusion to The Path of Souls, young Val, Lawrence, and Franco find themselves separated and each facing desperate situations. Val, joined by Private Will Brannigan, had volunteered to make his way through the enemy held neighborhoods of the Jolan District of Fallujah. However, the Seam shifts and Fallujah gives away to Fredericksburg, Maryland. Brannigan is no Marine at all but rather an infantryman of the 13th Mississippi. Meanwhile, Lawrence, accompanied by the Napoleon’s chausser Henri-Jacques Tournier and the embittered Wendat Sondaqua, straddles the vastly divergent spiritual domains of 1799 Jaffa and the bloodstained longhouses of 1648 Wendake. While his son and grandson face centuries’ old threats, Franco must rally the beleaguered Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines as dark forces encircle them.

Why CranioSacral Therapy Matters So Much to You
Few structures in your body have as much influence over its ability to function properly as the brain and spinal cord that make up your central nervous system. And few systems have as much impact on the brain and spinal cord as the soft tissues and fluid that surround and protect them — the craniosacral system.
Every day the body endures stresses and strains and your structures compensate for them. Unfortunately, over time these compensations can cause your soft tissue to tighten and distort the craniosacral system, which in turn can put pressure on the brain and spinal cord.
The result? A barrier to the healthy performance of your central nervous system — and potentially every other system with which it interacts.
CranioSacral Therapy is designed to release those soft-tissue tensions. Practitioners use a soft touch — starting with the weight of a nickel — to evaluate how well your craniosacral system is performing. Then they use gentle techniques to release any tensions they find.
By restoring the best possible environment for your brain and spinal cord, CranioSacral Therapy naturally helps the rest of your body self-correct. It eliminates the negative effects of stress, strengthens your resistance to disease, and enhances your overall health and well-being.
CranioSacral Therapy has been used successfully to relieve numerous health problems. They include migraines, neck and back pain, TMJ dysfunction, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, ADD/ADHD, central nervous system disorders and many others. And because it’s so gentle, it’s been proven effective for all ages, from newborns to elders.
NEURAC REDCORD PHYSICAL THERAPY
Neurac method is founded on up-to-date research and long-standing scientific principles that recommend the use of closed chain exercise for managing neuromuscular skeletal problems and enhancing function.
Neurac is an active treatment approach consisting of four main elements:
1. Suspension exercise
2. Controlled vibration/perturbation to selected body parts
3. Workload, specific and gradual exercise progression
4. A pain-free approach
The aim of the Neurac method is to restore pain-free movement patterns and improve function. Neurac treatment challenges the interplay between muscles and focuses on what is causing the problem – not only on the symptoms.
WHOLETONES MUSIC FOR BETTER MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH
Music is the universal language of mankind.
Now we’re discovering what the ancients have known for millennia – music also has the power to heal.
Native Americans have used music and chanting as way to treat and protect against disease.
In an article published by The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) in 2009, Dr. Assad Meymandi writes:
healing tones
Aristotle knew the power of music could heal the sick
“Since ancient times, music has been recognized for its therapeutic value. Greek physicians used flutes, lyres, and zithers to heal their patients. They used vibration to aid in digestion, treat mental disturbance, and induce sleep. Aristotle (373–323 BCE), in his famous book De Anima, wrote that flute music could arouse strong emotions and purify the soul. Ancient Egyptians describe musical incantations for healing the sick.”
And so it goes in Biblical times with Zephaniah 3:17 – “He will rejoice over you with joyful songs!”
Today we’re discovering how we too can use music to heal, repair, and protect against disease.
In fact, a recent study by the UK-based Journal of Advanced Nursing has revealed some impressive findings…
They saw…
Chronic pain and other painful conditions reduced by up to 21% … depression by 25%
And more and more, music is being used in hospitals to soothe postoperative pain, lower blood pressure, and boost immunity.
And that’s the reason I’m writing you today — to tell you…
How I discovered healing musical tones hidden deep in ancient frequencies …
And how these frequencies have recently led to testimonials of spontaneous healing.
I tuned my guitar to the healing frequency most people never heard
Because my story begins with simple frequencies … the same tones that make up the most powerful soundtracks and, in fact, all the music we hear … except these frequencies are different … and chances are you‘ve never heard them before.
My name is Michael Tyrrell and I’m a musician, author, and speaker with a clear purpose…
To share the 7 healing frequencies that I’ve found to bring transformation to people’s lives.

Women of Warriors Retreats
The W.O.W. At EASE program is specifically designed to serve an oft-forgotten population of caregivers. These women come to us from all over the U.S. overwhelmed, exhausted and isolated and leave empowered, renewed and connected. They share a common bond by being caregivers to loved ones who are dealing with the visible and invisible wounds of war, specifically post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). The wellbeing of these caregivers is integral to developing, recovering and maintaining healthy and productive lives for those warriors and families who give so much to the rest of us.
W.O.W. Retreats are hosted in partnership with the Wounded Warrior Project.

HOPE HAS A COLD NOSE
As I have been researching the positive impact of service dogs in the support and recovery of Veterans journeying with PTSD/MST, it has led me to discover wonderful individuals and organizations who are on a mission just as the Veteran storytellers in Hope has a Cold Nose are. There is a community of like minded people desiring to and doing all that they can to achieve ZERO lives lost to despair. Though Hope has a Cold Nose is focused on service dogs, there are many holistic healing avenues for Veterans.
